Empowering you to make informed choices, we’ll also introduce helpful tools and techniques that will go a long way to helping you follow your gut.
Registered dietitian, Canada’s Gut Health Expert and owner of Ignite Nutrition, she provides media and speaking services for brands and companies.
Andrea is on a mission to communicate credible scientific evidence about nutrition, gut health and digestive disorders in a way that is easy to consume and inspires sustainable action.
When Andrea was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome, she had to navigate our health care system. It was overwhelming, frustrating, and she felt like she wasn’t being heard. Through this experience she’ve come to realize the importance of creating meaningful conversation with her patients.
Using her skills in evidence-based knowledge translation and connective communication, she works to spread ‘digestible’ information about gut health. Ultimately, gut health is for everyone – and nutrition and lifestyle changes are the most impactful, simple ways to take care of your gut microbiota!
