Join Amber Cohen’s masterclass on mind-gut connection, addressing trauma, anxiety, stress reduction and learn cognitive techniques to reduce stress, and gain practical tools for improved wellbeing.

With Dress For Success Toronto, Activia invites you to bring an item of clothing you no longer wear to the event. All the clothes collected will then be donated to the DFS Toronto Boutique, where they will be of use to their Clients, other women and non-binary individuals, helping them to integrate more effectively into the professional world.
